Position Description:

In the role of HRIS Consultant you will be working in Human Resources.
The business needs for this position may be re-evaluated at the conclusion of the outlined term and may be convered to a full-time permanent role.
Purpose
Support and maintain HRIS platforms; integrating creative technology-based solutions to increase Human Resource process and service effectiveness. Provide analysis and support of HCM and other supplemental Human Resource systems. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, functional and technical expertise in maintaining, designing, and implementing modifications or enhancements in support of the organization.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years of technical or project management experience
Preferred Field: Computer Science or related technical field
