Who you are: As a key member of our People Services Team as a HRIS Analyst, you are going to play an important role in optimizing critical business processes, enabling People function through technology, and supporting digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Establish collaborative relationships with PS Functional Leads; continuously learn their technology needs, collect, and document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for the technical resources to execute against.
  • Build productive relationships with cross-functional collaborators (i.e., IT, Risk, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to sustain their PS technology needs and to remove roadblocks in getting PS projects delivered.
  • Create and maintain PS technology documentation.
  • Function as a key contributor to integration development between the system of record (Workday) and downstream systems.
  • Lead PS Technology projects.
  • Provide guidance and direction to technical resources working on PS Technology projects.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining the HR Technology roadmap.
  • Advise Business customers across the organization on PS technology capabilities.
  • Provide recommendations on future directions PS technology direction.
  • Participate and contribute to PS Technology RFP efforts.
  • Own / lead configuration and broke fix work across the PS technology landscape.
  • Contribute to development and adoption of People Analytics / Talent Insights reports and dashboards.
  • Configure and enhance Workday HCM modules, including Compensation, Recruitment, On Boarding, Performance, Learning, Core HR, Time and Attendance, Benefits, etc.
  • Maintain and improve Workday security governance.
Qualifications
  • Three years of experience working on HR enablement through technology solutions
  • Three years of experience in HR business processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired remotely. Please note that this information is provided for those hired remotely, and this role is open to remote candidates with compensation that aligns with your location. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

The estimated pay range for this role is: $81,258.00 - $138,680.32
