What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish collaborative relationships with People Services Functional Leads to gather and document technology needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Build productive relationships with cross-functional teams to sustain technology needs and facilitate project delivery
- Lead People Services Technology projects and provide guidance to technical resources
- Configure and enhance Workday HCM modules and maintain security governance
- Contribute to the development and adoption of People Analytics and Talent Insights reports and dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three years of experience working on HR enablement through technology solutions
- Three years of experience in HR business processes
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to resolve conflicts and work through ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of experience with Workday and multiple technology integrations
- Strong understanding of HR data taxonomy
