What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Establish collaborative relationships with People Services Functional Leads to gather and document technology needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Build productive relationships with cross-functional teams to sustain technology needs and facilitate project delivery
  • Lead People Services Technology projects and provide guidance to technical resources
  • Configure and enhance Workday HCM modules and maintain security governance
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of People Analytics and Talent Insights reports and dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Three years of experience working on HR enablement through technology solutions
  • Three years of experience in HR business processes
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and work through ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Two years of experience with Workday and multiple technology integrations
  • Strong understanding of HR data taxonomy
