POP MART is looking for an experienced Retail HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing retail organization across the West Coast and select U.S. markets. This role will serve as a key HR partner to field leadership, providing hands‑on support across employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, compensation, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. As POP MART continues to expand its U.S. footprint, this person will play an important role in helping us scale our people practices alongside the business. We’re looking for someone who understands the realities of multi‑unit retail, can build strong relationships with District and Store Managers, and is equally comfortable coaching leaders through complex people challenges and helping build processes where structure is still evolving. This is an opportunity for a seasoned field HR leader who enjoys being close to the business and wants to make a visible impact within a fast‑growing global organization. The right person will bring strong retail instincts, sound judgment, a builder mindset, and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment while helping our field teams and leaders succeed.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
