Job Description:
Our HRBP Director is responsible for providing leadership to the Senior Operations Leadership team in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, and will provide supervision of the HR Business Partner team. This position will work collaboratively and consultatively with operational leaders. The HRBP Director partners with other HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Services. This position understands the industry and Dungarvin business to help shape HR initiatives.
