Job summary

Schaeffler Fort Mill, SC is seeking a motivated co-op to support University Relations and Development Programs. You will engage in day-to-day campus recruiting, event coordination, and a key project to measure ambassador and university impact.

This role provides hands-on experience with university partnerships, multi-stakeholder coordination, and professional communication. The Co-op offers a competitive wage and a benefits package, including PTO, holidays, 401K match, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an academic degree program.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Interest in recruiting, university relations, or program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support university recruiting and event coordination, including calendars, sign-up sheets, prep calls, event registration, and outreach updates.
• Assist with recruiting communications and event promotion through email and internal channels.
• Support Development Programs by helping plan and coordinate annual conference and co-op engagement activities.
• Gather feedback and maintain records for recruiting and engagement activities.
• Complete a main project evaluating Ambassador Team success and creating a sustainable method to measure Ambassador Team and university impact.
