Qualifications

  • Experience leading transformation initiatives and managing client portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new clients and manage existing client relationships across multiple industries.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Workforce Transformation services and manage workshops.
  • Drive thought leadership, tools, and training for workforce transformation.
  • Develop and evolve business methodologies, articles and whitepapers.
  • Support business development with proposals and client outreach.
