Knowledge of instructional design theory and group facilitation, along with familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Knowledge of health care - health system administration and academic medical center knowledge preferred. Strong effective verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills, effective consulting and relationship building skills. Strong project management and analytical skills. Ability to gather information, identify problems and draw logical conclusions; organizational skills, ability to demonstrate results in developing and delivering effective programs, determine training objectives.
