About the Role:

As the HR Technology Solutions Analyst (remote), you will support, configure, and utilize global HR Technology functions such as Workday System - Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Learning, Security, Integrations, and Payroll. You will oversee system configurations, setup values, business processes, and user security access. This role bridges HR information systems and HR functions, requiring technical system knowledge and HR operational understanding. Additionally, you will support Solution Architects in implementing new functionalities or modules.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily operations and administration of global HRIS platforms;
  • Ensure setup values, configurations, and security are current and aligned with business processes;
  • Consult on and support system configuration design and problem-solving;
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, including understanding business needs, configuring, testing, and communicating updates;
  • Create technical user guides, communication, and change management materials to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems;
  • Support future HR system releases and implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a graduate diploma;
  • Advanced English skills;
  • Experience supporting or supporting a live Workday system instance, including Business Processes, Security, Domains, Policies, Fields, and Reporting;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Experience managing projects and implementations;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
