Job Description:

The HR Technology Project Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, management, and completion of projects supporting the Human Resources function globally. You will partner with project team members and vendors to develop project scope and use your project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, and execute. You will ensure effective communication and relationships between stakeholders and the project team members.

The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in project management, technology delivery, and operations. They should be able to lead process improvement initiatives and IT projects to enhance productivity, quality, and employee experience.

Core Competencies/Experiences:
  1. Plan, execute, and monitor HR Technology projects across the company with an emphasis on supportability and successful operational transition into production.
  2. Manage teams in developing project plans, identifying HR business requirements, process and functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
  3. Oversee management, tracking, and reporting of project plans and activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and alignment with business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
  5. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and implementation plans with project managers, functional experts, and business partners.
  6. Prepare communications, work documents, and project plans for stakeholders.
  7. Review and manage project financials, evaluate against financial targets, and address variances through action plans and change management.
  8. Build and deliver project plans, status reports, and metrics on testing and defect management.
  9. Identify organizational improvement opportunities and advocate for change.
  10. Work in an agile environment with global implementation and operations teams.
  11. Coordinate training and knowledge-sharing events within the team.
Required Technical and Professional Skills:
  1. Experience managing Cloud HR products such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, SuccessFactors.
  2. Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced, global environment.
  3. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
  4. Knowledge of Agile practices.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 5+ years of professional experience.
  8. Minimum of 5 years as a project manager.
  9. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  10. Ability to clearly articulate complex messages to stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
