Job summary

As a key member, you will manage HR technology systems, lead upgrades and integrations, ensure data integrity and security, and develop user guides and training resources for employees, managers, and HR teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR technology administrator roles.
• Experience delivering data-driven HR systems and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR technology system uptime and data integrity.
• Lead system upgrades and integrations across HR tech stack.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and communications.
