Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for Early Career talent to gain firsthand experience in digital assets. You will source, screen, and help coordinate tech roles across platforms, while maintaining data in our ATS and supporting hiring strategies.

Current university students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The role involves coordinating with overseas partners and joining weekly team syncs in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field (ongoing or recent graduate).
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
