Job summary

Space Kinetic’s Development Program is a three-month, full-time, onsite internship at our El Segundo headquarters. You’ll join HR / Talent Acquisition Systems, support recruiting operations, and work with Handshake and other platforms while learning from mentors on mission-critical projects.

You will be part of our core teams, assisting with interviews, onboarding, and recruitment analytics, with potential for long-term opportunities based on performance and fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to work with minimal direction, learn quickly, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and effective written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and organization of the company hiring system and recruiting workflows
• Support internship and university recruiting efforts through Handshake and related recruiting platforms
• Support candidate tracking, recruiting reports, and hiring documentation
• Help organize interview feedback and recruiting records
• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Assist with onboarding and recruiting administrative activities as needed
• Assist with maintaining job postings and careers pages across multiple platforms
