Job summary

The role includes open enrollment coordination, HRIS oversight, and participation in audits and vendor management. Strong communication skills and knowledge of employment laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee relations investigations.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
• Process payroll as needed.
• Oversee HRIS administration and data accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with benefits-related laws (ACA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA).
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Assist in HR audits and reporting.
• Provide training to HR staff.
• Prepare HR metrics for leadership.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
