Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN offers a 12-week Summer Internship in Human Resources. You’ll gain hands-on experience across HR functions, including Talent, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition, while contributing to live projects and partnering with leaders.

Ideal candidates are undergrad students in HR or business with a 3.0+ GPA, Sophomore or Junior status, and an interest in HR strategy. Compensation is competitive and you’ll join a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Plan to enroll in a degree-seeking program after the summer (Sophomore or Junior).
• GPA of 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR projects and support Career pathing and development programs.
• Support performance review processes and tracking.
• Contribute to HR tools, templates and job aids.
• Gather headcount data and partner with Finance COE.
• Participate in Talent Management and projects like Toro’s Got Talent.
