Job summary

Inspire Brands in the United States is seeking a senior leader to drive the HR Strategy & Enablement model, owning portfolio management, governance and strategic enablement. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps and partner with HR COEs, HRBPs and technical teams to deliver business impact.

You will connect stakeholders, develop requirements, lead governance, manage playbooks and HR portfolio tools (e.g., Asana), and drive change management and scalable operating models across HR.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• Business, HR, IT, or Operations related education preferred.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong experience in HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR strategy into roadmaps, plans, and actionable deliverables.
• Maintain roadmaps and portfolio-level visibility across HR.
• Own and maintain HR portfolio management tools (e.g., Asana or equivalent).
• Lead vendor discussions, facilitate RFPs and requirements sessions.
• Develop change management plans for rollouts.
