Job summary

Moove NA, a national leader in lubricant distribution and a Cosan/Moove Group subsidiary, seeks an HR Recruiter to support the Human Resources department with discretion and professionalism. You will partner with hiring managers to staff needs, screen resumes, interview candidates, administer assessments, and coordinate the interview process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ADP payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screen candidate resumes and conduct interviews, in-person or by phone.
• Administer appropriate company assessments and extend offers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on status with managers.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing goals.
• Write and post job descriptions on career sites and newspapers.
