Job summary

JT4, LLC at China Lake seeks an experienced Human Resources Specialist to perform HR tasks and administrative duties in a fast-paced, confidential environment. You will serve as primary contact for HR matters within a business unit and coordinate with the HR Corporate Office as needed.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or HR, at least three years of experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources is required.
• At least three (3) years of job-related experience or equivalent.
• Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for HR-related matters within a business unit.
• Advise executives and supervisors on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Manage wage and salary reporting databases and payroll actions.
• Enter approved personnel actions into the HRIS and prepare standard reports.
• Counsel employees on HR issues and assist with issue resolutions.
