Rockwell Automation is hiring! We are recruiting for an AP HR Specialist - Organizational & Talent Transformation based in our Singapore or China (Shanghai) office.

As a Specialist in Organizational & Talent Transformation, you will play an important role in our Human Resources team, focusing on driving impactful organizational and talent development programs. Reporting to the APAC Regional Organization & Talent Transformation Manager, you will collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement transformational strategies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to execute performance management activities, support the annual review process, calibration, quarterly Talent Reviews, talent metrics, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders on implementing BU/functional programs for talent management, ensuring consistent application of processes and frameworks.
  • Conduct research and market analysis of performance management tools, leadership learning best practices, and industry trends related to talent management.
  • Coordinate logistics for Leadership Development Programs and deliver workshops and training sessions, including our Leadership Foundations program and learning sessions.
  • Contribute to creating new development offerings to improve individual and organizational performance.
  • Guide employees to learning and development options such as Workday Learn, RA Competencies, Priority Skills learning path, ROK your Career, New Manager Onboarding, Leadership Development options, Career Profile, Mentorship, and Career Development Goals.
  • Provide administrative support for KornFerry products and assessments like setting up PDAs, KF 360, KF Select.
  • Facilitate and serve as the main contact for GlobeSmart workshops and assessments.
  • Conduct analytics of talent data specific to APAC and support HR teams and People Managers in using L&D data in Workday to identify trends and actions.
  • Participate in OTT projects supporting a coordinated approach for all OTT offerings and manage specific APAC projects including piloting and adopting tools, supporting new talent management programs, and other initiatives.
  • Manage project execution, including preparing documents, reports, communications, and tracking metrics, while maintaining project documents in SharePoint/Teams.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Data Analytics, Project Management, or Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions with skills to create engaging environments.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Ability to interpret complex information for problem-solving.
  • Strong consulting skills with innovative and practical approaches to enhancing the Org & Talent Transformation function.
  • Familiarity with HR technology, learning management systems, and talent management tools.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Experience working with multiple countries and cultures.
  • Ability to deliver training sessions in Chinese language.
