Under direction of the Benefits Supervisor, the Human Resources Specialist works collaboratively as part of the HR team and is responsible for the administration of workers' compensation cases as well as administration of leave of absence cases across all business units of the company. In line with our plan to sculpt a culture of success, you will champion change and innovation, prioritizing the employee experience. Operating on our principles, you will help cultivate a team culture where caring, collaboration, and ethical conduct are paramount. Your expertise will be essential in addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to leaves and workers' comp, contributing to a workplace where every member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed You will assist with various other benefits administration duties, as needed. You will be based in our Long Beach Headquarters and a hybrid option is available (2 days/week minimum in the office).
