We are seeking an HR Specialist to support HR services within the regional hub and contribute to HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

This role focuses on operational HR tasks across the employee lifecycle and provides support to the HR Delivery team and business stakeholders, ensuring timely responses

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in generalist or HR operations.

Responsibilities

• HR Service Delivery: support HR operations and processes via AskHR and lead country/region stakeholders.
• Onboarding, changes, engagement and offboarding support in lead country and region.
• Policy application: implement HR policies aligned with local labour laws and company standards.
• Employee relations support: administrative coordination and documentation compliance.
• Performance & Reward: assist with data, communications and navigation of annual processes.
• HR Data & Systems: maintain HRIS data and generate standard reports for payroll and analytics.
• Culture & Talent: support local implementation of global HR programmes related to culture and development.
