DC Army National Guard is seeking an HR Specialist to serve as the primary go-to person for benefits, policy questions, and sensitive issues. You will help Soldiers develop their careers and provide personnel support across divisions within the Guard.

Responsibilities include organizing personnel records, data entry, preparing evaluations, managing ID cards and leaves, and maintaining filing systems. This role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and strong people skills.

Formación

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
• Must meet citizenship requirements (see NATIONALGUARD.com for details)

Responsabilidades

• Assist on all human resource support matters
• Oversight of all strength management and strength distribution actions
• Responsible for the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers
• Postal and personnel accountability support
• Maintain emergency notification data
