HR Specialist

In this role you will be part of our Global HR Delivery function, supporting the attraction, retention, and development of talent worldwide. You will drive day‑to‑day HR functions, assist with onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, reporting, learning and development, and general employee queries, all while understanding local labor laws and cultural nuances.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of various HR efforts including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, reporting, learning and development, and other employee questions.
  • Support the HR team with day‑to‑day HR tasks.
  • Contribute to initiatives across the HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure all changes are entered accurately.
  • Serve as primary contact for HR‑related questions and tasks.
  • Assist with the implementation, communication, and maintenance of all HR programs and policies.
  • Manage non‑complex employee relation cases, researching employment law and knowing when to escalate.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and alignment with culture and values.
  • Execute ad‑hoc work and special projects as needed to support internal HR initiatives.
Key Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience (HR experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across cultures.
  • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new initiatives and needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
  • Dedication to upholding high‑quality standards and customer service focus.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
