About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people management, organizational culture, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with job postings.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR programs, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR databases and prepare reports for leadership on workforce metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
