Job summary

ADP in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Human Resources Solution Specialist to be the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients and manage service requests for WorkForce Now. You will work with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Specialists and vendors to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong client communication, the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven call center, and a passion for helping clients achieve success through ADP solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
  • Experience noted above, OR military experience.
  • College degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver for the client and ADP.
  • Educate and provide recommendations on ADP products and services.
  • Balance priorities in a metrics-driven, structured day with prompt follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Specialists and vendors as needed.

Please note: the schedule for this role part of the year will be 9am-5:30pm AZ time. The other part of the year the schedule will shift to 10am-6:30pm AZ time.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for ADP's Comprehensive Human Resources clients and work on their service request tickets for ADP's WorkForce Now (WFN) Human Resources Technology solution. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to help your clients. However, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions, and you will partner with the assigned Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Solution Specialists, and third-party vendors (as applicable) to provide troubleshooting support and a seamless client experience. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment as part of a structured day. You have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. You will take the initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP. You'll also proactively initiate regular outbound communication to identify problems and offer solutions to improve the internal operation and administration of human resources and labor policies, practices, and procedures within the scope of our offering.

Educate and Provide Recommendations. You will leverage your ADP product and services knowledge to solve issues and questions that help clients understand our products' value. You will take client input and turn it into recommendations for your leaders on best practices and solutions training.

Flex and Adapt. You thrive in a structured environment that requires setting priorities, organizing your day, multi-task, changing direction, and providing prompt follow-up. Adaptability, empathy, self-motivation, and organization skills are must-haves in this job. You will need to balance your workload to handle multiple inquiries while focusing on what is important and staying up-to-date on ADP and external policy changes.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of client and/or service experience
