The People Services Representative provides tier I administrative support to the People Business Operations, Benefits, and Payroll teams across North America. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and Manager Self-Service (MSS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS) systems.
Key responsibilities include assisting team members and managers with inquiries about HR, payroll, benefits, and leave, while ensuring accurate and timely information and data entry into our HR systems. This position plays a critical role in supporting a seamless and positive experience for our people. This is a hybrid role based out of the Home Office in Jackson, MI, requiring on-site presence at least 3 days per week with the ability to flex based on business needs. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Jackson, MI to be considered. Up to 10% of travel may be required as needed. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.

The base salary range for this position is $50,470-$75,710 with bonus eligibility.
