This high‑impact role requires a leader who will modernize, streamline, and future‑proof our people infrastructure to support growth, integrating AI and technology to foster a human‑centric, empathetic, and responsive service model that provides 24/7 digital‑first support without losing the personal touch.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage centralized administration of all employee leaves (FMLA, disability, parental, sick, vacation), oversee vendor relationships, audit pay accuracy with Payroll, and manage ADA accommodations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance oversight across jurisdictions, including multi‑state registrations, Employer of Record (EOR) oversight, and leave policies, while ensuring accurate, timely regulatory reporting (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, EEOC).
  • Manage delivery of engagement, recognition, performance, and training programs via platform administration (Docebo, LinkedIn Learning, Spotlight, Link), collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to align with strategic program design.
  • Drive cross‑OpCo policy harmonization and ensure consistency across all employee populations, partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to streamline processes and eliminate friction points.
  • Provide proactive coaching and support to the employee population, delivering tools and guidance to enhance individual effectiveness and organizational awareness.
Competencies
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, effectively collaborating with diverse leadership groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with high urgency, thriving in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
  • Highest integrity, drive, and strong leadership, with a results‑oriented and energetic approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of HR operations experience and three (3) years of people management.
  • Expertise with HRIS systems (Workday preferred), process improvement methodologies, project management, and data analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
