ARCO is currently seeking an HR Shared Services Lead to join our team in our Brentwood, MO office. This role will support our Shared Services team in administering leave-of-absence programs and other HR compliance activities for our 6B organization across 46 U.S. cities, Canada, and future international markets.
Lead the shared services coordinator team, providing ongoing coaching, training, performance feedback, and professional development.
Manage day-to-day HR shared services operations, ensuring efficient and accurate support for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee employee onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, system setup, data entry, and I-9 compliance.
Administer HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to employee records, PTO administration, benefits processes, and HR system functionality.
Conduct regular audits of employee data, personnel files, payroll information, and HR transactions to maintain data integrity and compliance within the HR function.
Coordinate employee inquiries, vendor communication, and billing processes.
Support employee lifecycle activities, including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations.
Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Technology, and other departments to resolve employee and system-related issues.
Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and support strategic HR initiatives.
Lead special projects related to HR operations, process optimization, system enhancements, and organizational growth initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
3-5 years of HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Generalist experience required. People management experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent working experience.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain flexible.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Effective project management and process improvement experience.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and associate privacy.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across our business.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms. UKG experience preferred.
