The role requires 1–3 years in HR customer service; proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Workday and Salesforce is preferred. This position is based in Illinois and offers an engaging, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Workday knowledge preferred; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of HR, delivering exceptional customer service to employees.
• Provide HR support via phone and email across Wintrust companies.
• Assist with leave management, benefits, payroll corrections, onboarding.
• Support HR team with requests and annual benefits open enrollment.
• Assist with legal/audit requests.
