Job summary

Fleet Farm is building a new HR Service Center in Appleton, WI and seeks an HR Service Center Representative to support Team Members across five states with HR policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding and more.

You will research inquiries, document requests, and partner with HR professionals to ensure accurate, timely support while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or employee support.
• Familiarity with HR policies and processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to research information and manage multiple priorities.
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for Team Members via phone, email, and HR ticketing system.
• Answer questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and HR processes.
• Research inquiries, document requests, and follow through to resolution.
• Assist Team Members with HR systems and self-service resources.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and other HR teams to resolve questions.
• Recognize and escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate HR professionals.
• Support new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, and other HR activities.

Fleet Farm is building a new HR Service Center , and we're looking for a knowledgeable, service-driven HR Service Center Representative to join our team!

In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for Team Members across five states, providing support with HR policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and employee-related questions. You'll research inquiries, identify solutions, and partner with HR professionals to ensure accurate, timely support.

We're looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with HR knowledge, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding Team Member experience.

What You'll Do

Serve as a first point of contact for Team Members through phone, email, and our HR ticketing system.

Answer questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and general HR processes.

Research inquiries, document requests, and follow through to resolution.

Assist Team Members with HR systems and self-service resources.

Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and other HR teams to resolve questions.

Recognize and escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate HR professionals.

Support new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, and other HR activities.

Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional service.

What You Bring

Experience in Human Resources, HR administration, employee support, payroll, benefits, customer service, or a related field.

Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employee-related processes.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to research information, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on requests.

Comfort navigating multiple computer systems and learning new technology.

Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.

A collaborative, service-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an HR shared services or employee service center environment.

Experience with UKG Pro, Monday.com, or similar HR and ticketing systems.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Schedule & Location

Fully onsite at Fleet Farm's Store Support Center in Appleton, WI.

Our HR Service Center operates on staggered schedules:

Tuesday & Thursday: 9 a.m.–7 p.m.

Rotating closing coverage, approximately one evening per week.
