Job summary

Brighton Post Acute is seeking an HR/Scheduler/Payroll professional to join our team. This full-time, day-shift role supports staffing and payroll operations at our 78-bed facility.

You will build relationships with staff, manage schedules, ensure compliance with staffing policies, and maintain accurate records. Strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to staff and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff to support scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to ensure accurate scheduling and staffing records.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing needs change.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly with staff and leadership.
• Support staffing efficiency and resolve scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps.
