Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as HR Representative, On Boarding Team.

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: This position is remote.

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma required.
  • 1 year human resources experience required.

Expectations for this Role:

Sentara Health is seeking a HR Representative, Onboarding Team. The HR Representative serves as a front-line support to colleagues by providing real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes. Processes employee related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information and process guidelines.
