Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage records keeping for employee benefits, promotions, transfers, and career development
  • Work with site management to determine areas for continuous improvement and costs savings related to hiring, training, and retention
  • Developing orientation, training, and development programs to ensure acquired skills are in line with facility needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous human resources experience in a manufacturing setting; union experience preferred
