A university in New Mexico is seeking an experienced HR Representative for faculty services. This role entails managing recruitment, onboarding, and advising faculty on HR matters. The ideal candidate should have extensive HR experience, strong knowledge of HR policies, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position offers a monthly salary between $3,803 and $5,097.
The UNM Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking an experienced HR Rep for faculty hiring and other faculty HR matters. Position requires a team player with a keen eye for detail and systems, who is organized and very personable. The Faculty Services HR Rep is
responsible for administering, developing, and managing programs that support
faculty endeavors within the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral
Sciences. Responsibilities include faculty hiring, contracting, promotion and
tenure, leave and retirement, as well as handling sensitive inquiries and human
resource functions. They will administer all aspects
of faculty recruitment, onboarding, orientation, contract processing, credentialing,
evaluations, and the generation of new and revised contracts. Position will
provide advice and guidance to faculty and administrative staff on a wide range
of faculty hiring and faculty HR matters.

High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
