Flow Traders is seeking an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our New York team. This role supports both HR and recruitment with a proactive attitude, reporting to the Head of HR & Recruitment.

You will handle onboarding, campus recruitment events, and reporting, working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. A strong communicator with organizational prowess will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Excel (e.g. Vlookup, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems and HRIS, a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
• Ability to adapt and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Highly organized, structured and meticulous with an exceptionally high attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel for campus recruitment events, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and related documentation.
• Maintain up to date records in our HRIS system and applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Prepare monthly reports and fulfill any ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Manage recruitment logistics, including posting job openings, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Plan and represent Flow Traders at campus recruitment events, such as career fairs, information sessions, and competitions.
• Develop and execute campus marketing initiatives to strengthen Flow Traders’ employment brand through university partnerships.
• Assist the team with daily operations and ad-hoc employee request.
• Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and data-driven analyses.

What you need to succeed

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools: Office, Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel (e.g. Vlookup, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems and HRIS, a plus
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, candidates, hiring teams, and external partners
• Ability to adapt and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution.

Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $80,000 to 95,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
