Job description

Location: Remote (Preferred candidates located in the NJ & DMV area: Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia)

IVERTIX, a fast-growing provider of AI, Data, and Cloud solutions, is seeking a versatile and experienced professional to manage Human Resources (HR), Recruiting, Administration, and Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a dynamic workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in HR management, government security compliance, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with IVERTIX’s strategic goals.
  • Manage employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Recruiting:
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to support IVERTIX’s growth in AI, Data, and Cloud solutions.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build a strong employer brand by fostering relationships with industry professionals, universities, and talent pools.
Administration:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure seamless business functions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office equipment, and contracts as needed.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Facility Security Officer (FSO):
  • Serve as the primary FSO for IVERTIX, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and other government security regulations.
  • Oversee personnel security clearances, including initiating, processing, and tracking security clearance applications.
  • Conduct annual security training, audits, and inspections in coordination with government agencies.
  • Maintain security records and ensure adherence to all classified information handling protocols.

Note: FSO experience is nice to have. IVERTIX will sponsor security clearance and provide necessary training for the FSO role.

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of combined experience in HR, recruiting, and administration.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing HR and recruiting strategies in a high-growth environment.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance regulations.
  • Familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and personnel security clearance processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certifications.
  • FSO certification and experience with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) systems.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $55,000–$80,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
