Community Options is seeking a dual-role Recruiter and Training Specialist to support the HR and Compliance-Training Division in Bismarck, ND. This full-time position combines recruitment with training program design, implementation, and administration to ensure regulatory compliance and a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years recruiting experience.
• 2 years’ experience with persons with intellectual disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check including MVR, drug screening, and DHS pre-employment approval.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer training programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead recruitment initiatives across multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, job fairs, referrals).
• Support HR processes to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate across departments to align training with organizational goals.
