Job summary

Peco-Foods is seeking an HR Clerk to support daily HR operations at the Walnut Grove facility. You will maintain employee files, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and provide clerical HR support to the team.

You will interface with plant employees on HR issues, help with benefits enrollment and payroll processes, and contribute to maintaining accurate records and compliance. This role requires a high school diploma and some college or HR seminars.

Qualifications

• Previous HR and clerical experience (typing, filing, computer skills) is helpful.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR records for shift employees and ensure confidentiality.
• Interface with plant employees on HR-related issues.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll processing.
• Provide clerical support to the HR department.
• Assist with interviews, orientation, scheduling, and onboarding.
