The Provider Liaison- HR Provider Services is responsible for providing excellent consultation, service delivery and question/issue resolution by serving as the direct liaison between employed and DHMF Medical Group providers and CommonSpirit Health Human Resources. In this key role, the individual will collaborate with leaders and other stakeholders to develop, implement and continuously improve the HR Provider Services function that demonstrates a culture of innovation, consultation, and single point service delivery for providers. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and development of a team of analysts and/or specialists that will assist the Provider Liaison in resolving provider questions/concerns in a single point of contact. The Provider Liaison will also maintain a consultative relationship with CommonSpirit Health divisions, system office, HR Centers of Excellence, and external parties to facilitate efficiency and demonstrate expertise in Provider Services processes while ensuring that HR Provider Services is a key partner in employee impacting projects.
