  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual HR processes.
  • Support data integrity, reporting, system documentation, and adoption of HR technology.
  • Maintain strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand how HR systems and workflows are constructed, not simply how they are used.
HR Project Management
  • Lead assigned HR projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, stakeholder responsibilities, communication strategies, testing requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain accountability for project deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and barriers and elevate when appropriate.

Orientation & Onboarding
  • Oversee the enterprise orientation and onboarding framework.
  • Establish consistent onboarding standards across company locations while recognizing legitimate location-specific requirements.
  • Develop manager resources, schedules, workflows, communications, documentation, and technology solutions.
  • Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with local HR resources and management to ensure successful execution.
Workflow Development Programs
  • Serve as an advanced functional resource for workflow technologies, such as JotForm and other programs.
  • Build electronic forms, automated workflows, approval processes, data-collection tools, and HR process solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to transition manual processes into efficient technology-enabled workflows.
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing HR workflow solutions.
Performance Management
  • Coordinate and administer the enterprise performance-management process.
  • Support system configuration, review-cycle preparation, communications, tracking, reporting, manager support, and process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve timeliness, consistency, technology utilization, and manager adoption.
  • Execute the performance-management strategy established by Corporate HR leadership.
  • Support execution of the organization’s enterprise learning and development strategy.
  • Partner with departments and managers to identify position-specific training requirements.
  • Develop structured training plans based upon approved departmental training matrices.
  • Translate identified training needs into executable learning plans.
  • Build and maintain learning content within the LMS.
  • Develop training materials, job aids, facilitator resources, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate employee and manager training when appropriate.
  • Track completion, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs.
  • Support operations throughout Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, California, and Germany.
  • Travel to company locations based upon organizational, project, training, and implementation needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with site leadership while retaining an enterprise HR perspective.
  • Support consistent implementation of Corporate HR programs across locations.
  • Recognize appropriate regulatory, cultural, and operational differences among locations while maintaining enterprise standards.
  • Directly supervise two assigned HR team members.
  • Establish priorities and work assignments.
  • Provide coaching, development, feedback, and accountability.
  • Conduct performance-management activities for assigned employees.
  • Support cross-training and continued professional development.

Supervisory responsibility is specific to the functions assigned to this position and does not represent overall responsibility for the Human Resources department.

Travel Requirement
  • Regular domestic and international travel is required based upon organizational needs.
  • Travel frequency may vary significantly from year to year and may reach at least 50% annually during periods of significant implementation, training, system development, or organizational change.
