Job summary

SiTime, a leader in MEMS-based precision timing, is seeking an HR Coordinator in Santa Clara, CA. The role supports employee experience programs, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, partnering with leaders and teams to ensure efficient program delivery and a positive employee journey.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. The team collaborates across departments to drive people initiatives and learning programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, program coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, company events, and learning programs.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, scheduling, and materials for employee and leadership programs.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to ensure programs are executed smoothly and effectively.
• Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Manage program logistics, communications, and tracking of participation and outcomes.
• Support the successful delivery of learning experiences for employees and managers.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
• Partner across functions to ensure timely execution of deliverables and follow-up activities.
• Support ad hoc projects and evolving business needs as they arise.
