Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR programs across the employee lifecycle at a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on ototoxicity reduction in cancer patients.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HR operations, compliance, policy development, and employee engagement. You will partner with HR leadership, managers, and external vendors including a PEO, and support HR systems and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
