Supports the recruitment pre- and post-offer hire processes (e.g., scheduling interviews, creating candidate/new hire paperwork, scheduling pre-employment physicals and drug screens, performing and evaluating background checks, and coordinating pre- and post-offer travel and reimbursements). Applies professional administrative expertise, exercising initiative and proficient organizational skills to perform duties supporting new staff recruitment. Ensures new hires are provided clear directions on their responsibilities, engages with them prior to start, troubleshoots post-offer issues, and ensures all contingencies are met for a smooth onboarding process.
Requires a successful completion of a one- or two-year degree/diploma in an administrative or secretarial field, or a minimum of two years' experience in a secretarial/administrative assistant role managing calendars, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and travel arrangements, or a Bachelor's degree. Must have excellent grammar, punctuation, and English skills, proficiency with office technology, high-level organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous HR or recruitment experience is preferred. Must demonstrate good judgment, confidentiality, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Exemption Status: Nonexempt
Compensation: $21.48 - $29.02 / hour

Schedule: Full Time, M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM. Remote work possible within the U.S.
Hours/Pay Period: 80
Weekend Schedule: As needed
