Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing, benefits documentation, and HR reports to ensure compliance.
• Perform general clerical duties: filing, data entry, answering phones, and scheduling.
• Support hiring processes: scheduling interviews, drug screens, and new hire paperwork.
• Process HR paperwork and data-entry tasks, including leaves, workers' comp, and OSHA forms.
• Provide information and respond to payroll and employment questions to management.
