The City of Springfield is actively seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll and Benefits Assistant to support the accurate and timely processing of payroll and administration of employee benefits. This position will work closely with Human Resources, Finance, employees, and benefit team members to maintain accurate records, resolve payroll and benefits questions, and ensure a positive employee experience.
