Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic HR business partner support to the Penn Medicine client group, with primary responsibility for Aramark employees at Penn Presbyterian Hospital and Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.

You will oversee HR programs, employee relations, talent acquisition support, onboarding, and engagement initiatives while partnering with shared services to ensure timely resolution of issues and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience including employee and labor relations.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Union labor relations experience required; interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles: performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, organizational development.
• Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, and change management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for issue resolution and policy interpretation.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and successful hiring outcomes.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions.
• Provide guidance on benefits, payroll, and HR programs with shared services.
• Coordinate onboarding programs to support new-hire experience and retention.
