Job description

Our client, a provider of information and communication technology services, is looking for a HR Operations Support person who can speak and write Mandarin fluently to work remotely. The candidate should be from NYC or NJ, as occasional office visits are expected.

Job Title: HR Operations Support - Staffing & Operation Analyst

Location: Remote, but local to NJ / NYC ONLY for occasional office visits

Language: English & Mandarin (MUST)

The Staffing & Operation Analyst will support the administrative needs of the HR department, including recruitment, campus sourcing projects, compensation and benefits, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR functions within global technology companies and complex data environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, tact, and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively at all management levels.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Must Haves:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Some experience in staffing, college, or university recruiting.
