CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an HR Operations Support Lead (HROSL) – Senior to support mission-critical HR operations for a federal client in Washington, DC. This full-time, on-site role requires senior-level expertise within Administrative and Logistics Support.

The ideal candidate will provide HR leadership, ensure compliance with federal HR policies, and oversee workforce planning activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
