• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of leave of absence and workers’ compensation processes for facility employees.
• Support new hire orientation facilitation.
• Provide day-to-day coaching on policy interpretation and employee relations.
• Facilitate new hire check-ins and ongoing employee touchpoints.
• Support site off-boarding activities.
• Participate in weekly and monthly reporting.
• Ensure employee paperwork and files are accurate.
• Support workplace committees and culture initiatives.
• Partner with management to improve morale and retention.
• Assist unemployment processes, including responding to claims and appeals.
• Promote continuous improvement and high-quality HR service.
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvements.
