HR Operations Specialist - HR Service Center - Part Time

Position Summary: As an integral part of HR operations, provide comprehensive and professional support to caregivers, management, and HR partners. Utilize excellent customer service skills to provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries and requests. Conduct varied transactional HR functions while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of HR or clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Experience in healthcare or HR department highly desired.

Essential Functions:

  • Respond to phone, email, and help desk inquiries; escalate complex issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers and internal/external customers.
  • Perform transactional HR tasks such as greeting applicants, assisting with badging, explaining Oracle Help Desk inputs, maintaining data, and processing invoices.

Other Duties:

  • Assist with confidential projects and propose procedures to improve HR operations and caregiver experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
